CenCore LLC is seeking an IT Field Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote support for computer, communications, and teleconferencing systems in a cleared government environment at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with Polygraph and hands-on experience supporting end-user technology.

The specialist will document service activities, train site personnel in accordance with DoD/DoW and security requirements, and support mission continuity by

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• DoD/DoW approved certification (per labor category) is required.
• Zero to two years IT/support experience; technical degree can substitute.
• Active Top Secret clearance with Polygraph and U.S. citizenship.

Responsabilités

• Conduct site surveys to document configurations and installation needs.
• Install, configure, test, and support workstations, printers, and teleconferencing devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and peripherals for on-site and remote users.
• Maintain government or vendor fiber, Ethernet, and telephone systems.
• Analyze requirements and prepare hardware acquisition specs.
• Develop and coordinate hardware installation schedules.
• Prepare site installation documentation and configuration drawings.
• Support Active Directory security settings as directed.
• Train site personnel on supported hardware and equipment.
• Document service activities per security requirements.
