Northrop Grumman seeks a Principal Industrial Security Analyst to join our Elkton, MD team. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, experience building and administering security programs for classified materials, and solid knowledge of NISPOM and DoD SAP manuals.

You will work on federal security compliance, prepare manuals, conduct trainings, and support the Industrial Security Team. Travel up to 10% is expected, with competitive compensation and benefits aligned to market and

Formación

• Active Top Secret clearance with a current background investigation within the last 6 years.
• 5+ years of security experience, or 3 years with a Master’s.
• Experience developing and administering security programs for classified materials.
• Experience applying federal security regulations to company operations.
• Knowledge of NISPOM and DoD SAP Manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and administers security programs for classified or proprietary materials and equipment.
• Implements federal security regulations applicable to operations.
• Obtains rulings and deviations from government agencies and writes procedures.
• Conducts security education classes and audits; investigates violations.
• Maintains security databases and records in SIMS and related systems.
• Accesses DISS for clearance verification (SCI/SAP processing).
• Supports the Industrial Security Team and related programs.
• Develops training specific to program needs; performs other duties as assigned.
• Responds to off-hour notifications to support emergencies and milestones.
