Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to manage and execute comprehensive program security across multiple disciplines, including SAP, PERSEC, and OPSEC. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and program requirements.

The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree with security experience and an active Secret clearance, with travel up to 10% and no relocation assistance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of security experience OR Master’s degree with 0+ years
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) for restricted programs
• Support fast-paced, high-visibility programs with proactive security guidance
• Create and maintain relationships with program management, engineering, contracts, and customers
• Manage program security compliance across SAPF, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, and related areas
• Ensure operations comply with DoD security requirements and NISPOM directives
• Develop and deliver security briefings and documentation for leadership and customers
• Conduct internal security audits and address corrective actions
