Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Linthicum, MD or Fairfax, VA seeks an Industrial Security Manager – Level 2 to lead security operations for highly sensitive programs onsite. You will oversee a security team and ensure compliance with government regulations while coordinating with internal and external leadership.

Required are a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, 2+ years of leadership, and deep knowledge of CFR 32/NISPOM, ICDs, and DoD manuals. This position is 100% onsite with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph at time of application.
• Minimum of two years of management or other leadership experience.
• Knowledge of CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM), ICDs, DoD Manuals, and related security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Study and implement federal security regulations applicable to company operations.
• Lead a security team and manage a security program for classified materials and documents.
• Develop and administer security programs and procedures across programs.
• Ensure program security compliance and timely achievement of milestones.
