Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Representative Analyst to train analysts and operators and embed with user teams to optimize workflows across government deployments. You will assist in dashboards and data-driven solutions while supporting end-user adoption and system improvements.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong communication, and a willingness to travel roughly 25%+ domestically and internationally, with an emphasis on security clearances and mission-focused

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 2-10+ years supporting Military/Special Operations in field service or deployed/operational roles.
• Recent hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Maven required (Ontology, Workflow, Slate).
• Foundational technical skills in data analysis, systems integration, platform deployment, data pipelines, SQL, and user adoption.

Insight Global is hiring for multiple locations across Ft. Bragg, NC,; Shaw AFB Sumter, SC; and Anchorage, AK. We are seeking skilled operations and intelligence professionals with experience using advanced data integration platforms to join our team.

As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our client’s mission by enabling the successful adoption and utilization of their technology solutions. This position involves working directly with end users to train, mentor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of tools into operational environments for various government customers and end users. You’ll collaborate closely with analysts and technical teams to develop new use cases, resolve technical challenges, and provide actionable feedback for system improvements. These roles are highly interactive and require strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to train and mentor both technical and non-technical users.

Pay Range: Pay will be hourly and varies by level of experience and location. Average Range: ~$35-89/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• 2-10+ years supporting Military/Special Operations in a field service or a related deployed/operational support role (SOCOM/SOF or Army strongly preferred)
• Recent hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Maven required (understanding of Ontology, Workflow, Slate, etc.).
• Foundational technical skills in data analysis, systems integration, platform deployment, data pipelines, SQL, Platform deployment, user adoption, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with intelligence targeting and firing systems and fusing intelligence data
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~25%+)
• Background in data analytics or applicable CENTCOM, Air Force, ISR, targeting, intelligence operations
• Experience with tools such as Gaia (mapping), Maverick, Target Nexus, Target Workbench, AIP, etc.
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Technical proficiency with SQL, Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/typescript
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with end users
