Koniag Government Services in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Mid Cost Estimator with an active Top Secret clearance to support the CDAO WDOffice and government customers. You will develop, maintain, and defend credible cost models, including Life-Cycle Cost Estimates and Independent Government Cost Estimates, integrating technical risks into comprehensive analyses.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of relevant experience in cost estimation for government contracts.
• Experience developing and refining Government Cost estimation models (LCC, IGC, ROMs, POM).
• Experience with CARD, WBS, and DoD cost frameworks (MIL-STD-881F, DoDI 5000.73).

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine government cost estimation models.
• Maintain defensible, replicable cost estimates across acquisition phases.
• Prepare CERs and participate in estimate reviews.
