Job summary

Allied Universal in King of Prussia, PA is hiring a Security Officer Dispatch Communications position. You will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and direct responses to security events at an aerospace/defense location, while providing professional customer service and supporting access control and badge operations.

Applicants must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance; CPR certification is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification preferred; training provided by Allied Universal.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors per site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents, service requests, alarms, and critical situations; document activity and communicate updates.
• Monitor incoming calls, radio traffic, and electronic reporting; maintain clear, professional communications.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate notifications and support per site procedures.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift records; deter unauthorized activity.
