Job summary

Allied Universal in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Communications with Active Clearance to coordinate communications, monitor alarm activity, and document incidents at an aerospace/defense location.

This full-time role requires an active DoD Top Secret Clearance; you will provide customer service, maintain dispatch logs, and support rapid responses. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with access control and badge management.
• Experience operating alarm panel systems and responding to alarms.
• Proficiency using computers or tablets for daily tasks.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site security services and customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Coordinate dispatch communications, log calls, route alarms and incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident reports in accordance with procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and report security issues via established channels.
