Allied Universal in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Security Officer with a DoD Top Secret clearance to support dispatch operations at an aerospace/defense location. You will coordinate alarms, manage access, document events, and deliver professional customer service.

The role requires active clearance and experience with access control systems, badge management, and alarm panels. CPR certification and computer proficiency are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while following site policies.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and urgent service calls and alarms.
• Monitor communication systems and maintain dispatch logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to leadership or responders as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols and report irregularities around the site.
