Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to maintain client cloud stacks (Tomcat, Drupal, React, Node.js, Nginx) on Linux containers in AWS ECS, while supporting infrastructure as code with CloudFormation and robust CI/CD pipelines.

Qualified candidates have TS clearance, strong container and security remediation skills, PKI management, and experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and related tools. Washington, DC onsite only.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• 100% onsite in Washington, DC; no third-party vendors.
• Experience building and supporting container applications across Tomcat, Nginx, Drupal, and Node.js.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and IaC.
• AWS cloud engineering skills with ECS/EKS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client-managed cloud stacks (Tomcat, Drupal, React, Node.js, Nginx) in Linux containers on ECS.
• Support IaC using CloudFormation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities and manage PKI certs.
• Read logs and perform basic troubleshooting across multi-tier deployments.
• Collaborate on REST and SOAP API integration.
