Amentum is seeking a Top-Secret cleared Data Analyst in Washington, DC to transform data into actionable insights that support decision-making and organizational objectives. You will collect, validate, analyze, and report information from multiple sources to produce executive briefings, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in administrative or executive support.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience building or maintaining SharePoint sites and workflows.
• Experience compiling, validating, and reporting information from multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive briefings and presentations.
• Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on information from multiple sources to prepare documents, reports, and summaries.
• Enter data into databases, documents, and spreadsheets with accuracy.
• Develop actionable recommendations and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program leadership to ensure client requirements are met.
• Support ad hoc data projects and maintain data integrity.
