We seek a Senior Data Analyst to support a high-profile project within the Department of War, requiring on-site work in Arlington, VA and a current Top Secret clearance.

You will lead data insights, develop compelling reports, and manage client relationships while leveraging R, Python, SQL, and BI tools to improve decision-making and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance active (or active within past 2 years).
• Willingness to work onsite in Arlington, VA.
• Master's degree in a highly analytical field (e.g., STEM, social sciences, data analytics).
• Six or more years of relevant experience in management consulting or client-facing environments, with at least four years as a data analyst or data scientist.

Responsibilities

• Support client recommendations with data analysis and strategic change initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards integrating data, storytelling, and visuals.
• Code in R, Python, SQL; utilize BI tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau.
• Lead small- to mid-sized projects and guide teams to meet client expectations.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage requirements and communications.
