Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud System Administrator to support a client near Hill AFB, UT. You will monitor cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure secure, reliable IT services across environments.

The role requires cloud experience, a Top Secret clearance, and IAT Level 2 certification. You will engage with customers, coordinate with teams, and contribute to strong security postures in a federal context.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Tier I/II/III helpdesk, desktop or systems administrator position.
• Experience working in a cloud environment.
• IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + or other approved certification).
• Experience with security audits, analysis and/or hardening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of IT services.
• Proactively troubleshoot incidents, implement solutions to prevent future occurrences, and uphold high standards of security across all platforms.
• Be in regular communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and delivering technical support in a clear and professional manner.
