Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud System Administrator to join our team near Hill AFB, UT. You will maintain and optimize cloud-based infrastructure with a strong emphasis on secure, scalable environments.

Join a team that supports federal clients by monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services. A minimum of 3 years in a Tier I/II/III role and AWS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Tier I/II/III helpdesk, desktop or systems administrator position.
• Experience with AWS Cloud.
• IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + or other approved certification).
• Experience with security audits, analysis and/or hardening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of IT services
• Proactively troubleshoot incidents, implement solutions to prevent future occurrences, and uphold high standards of security across all platforms
• Be in regular communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and delivering technical support in a clear and professional manner
