Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in security operations with leadership/supervision.
• Experience with audits, inspections, or compliance activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a cleared environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Campus Security Manager in day-to-day site security operations and provide leadership coverage.
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, development, and retention of security personnel.
