CenCore Group is seeking a Site Security Manager (SSM) to oversee day-to-day security operations at a cleared, 24/7 data center construction site. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, local, customer, and contract security requirements while maintaining a secure environment for personnel, property, and sensitive assets.

The SSM provides direct supervision to unarmed security personnel, supports the Campus Security Manager, and serves as a key site leader for audits, post order

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a site security supervisory role.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required; must provide a valid U.S. Passport.
• Experience supervising unarmed security personnel in cleared environments.
• Strong knowledge of physical security operations and access control.

Responsibilities

• Assist Campus Security Manager with site security execution and act as backup when needed.
• Supervise and train unarmed security personnel on site.
• Ensure compliance with post orders, procedures, and client requirements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training records for staff.
• Maintain licensing, training, and incident documentation for security personnel.
• Prepare for audits and inspections and maintain audit-ready records.
