Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Paralegal (PL) - Journeyman to support a federal client in Washington, DC. The role is full-time and mid-level, within the Administrative and Logistics Support department.

The paralegal will provide litigation support, document review, discovery coordination, and compliance tracking to enable mission-critical operations. Ideal candidates have 3–10 years of relevant experience and an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support including document review, discovery coordination, case file maintenance, and compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
