Seneca Resources Company, LLC is seeking a Senior General Paralegal to support federal government and defense projects from our Washington, DC office. The role focuses on comprehensive legal research, document review, and assisting attorneys across all litigation phases.

The ideal candidate has Top Secret clearance, at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience with trial exposure, and strong knowledge of federal/state courts, legal research tools, and e-discovery practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experience with trial experience.
• Experience with legal research, document review, and assisting with all litigation phases.
• Experience with federal and state court systems; proficient in LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-discovery software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and document review to support attorneys across all litigation phases.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management for federal government and defense projects.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of filings, discovery, and case documentation.
