The position involves leading requirements gathering, backlog definition, and ensuring user perspective is reflected in product development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience gathering and analyzing business requirements for application development.
- Analyzing current business processes and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Confidently communicating and validating requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of requirements management tools such as Jira, TFS, Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Lead collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development and user story writing.
- Provide consultation on complex projects and act as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others.
