Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (or have had one within the past two years).
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a professional services or client-facing environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset for ambiguous, fast-paced client environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of high-quality client-facing deliverables.
• Support the design, coordination, and logistics of internal and external meetings.
• Own knowledge capture during client meetings; co-facilitate meetings as needed.
• Support and/or lead research, data gathering, and analysis to inform client recommendations; synthesize results.
• Contribute to proposal development efforts.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to evaluate needs and propose initial recommendations.
• Gain understanding of change management consulting and The Clearing's methods, tools.
