We help create peak performance organizations through strategy, organizational development, leadership training, and change management. Our experienced consultants bring a powerful blend of analytic and creative skills from diverse fields, including change management, finance, engineering, communications, education, policy, design, and corporate leadership.

Analysts hold primary responsibility for knowledge capture and assist in the design and facilitation of external and internal meetings. They are expected to develop and maintain general institutional knowledge of their clients and their clients’ culture, organization, and issues. Analysts support business development efforts by assisting with proposal preparation. The primary focus of an Analyst is to gain a foundational understanding of what it means to be a consultant at a services firm, particularly at The Clearing, including learning the methodologies, techniques, and tools The Clearing uses.
