Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Analyst / CSSO to support restricted programs at Redondo Beach and El Segundo.

You will oversee program security, coordinate access controls, personnel security, and OPSEC for classified material and proprietary information. Qualified candidates hold a TS clearance, with DoD SAP/NISPOM knowledge, and have experience in program security management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience with a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree with 0 years or an additional 4 years of security experience can substitute.
• Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
• Must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Special Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Support a fast-paced, high-profile program with security oversight.
• Develop, administer, and maintain security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
• Prepare manuals outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling, storing, and granting access to restricted records and materials.
• Conduct security education classes and briefings for staff and contractors.
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports with preventive action recommendations.
