Job summary

Concord Crossroads LLC seeks a Junior Business Analyst for the FBI in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on defining system scope, reviewing financial data, and supporting IPBS/CBJB budgeting processes. You will collaborate across FBI components and ODNI, ensuring alignment with IC partners.

The position requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of BA experience, plus the ability to interpret complex documents and present information effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher and 2+ years of business analyst experience.
• Experience in analyzing complex documents and extracting actionable insights.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to sensitive issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills across varied situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for reviewing, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, justification drafts, and performance measures in preparation for IPBS and CBJB.
• Collaborate with FBI components to produce responses to ODNI and IC partners.
• Analyze FBI component submissions to ensure coordination with DOJ, ODNI, and OMB.
• Assist the Formulation Team Lead in creating material for outreach sessions regarding IPPBE processes and data calls.
• Guide FBI NIP-funded partners on ODNI data calls.
• Manage general inbox with declassification requests and track taskings across divisions.
• Enter information in the FBI’s TMS system and coordinate with IT on issues.
• Edit templates, guidelines, and SOPs for ODNI taskings.
• Peer training of Junior Business Analyst responsibilities.
