Job summary

Concord Crossroads LLC is seeking an Intermediate Data Analyst to support the FBI in Washington, DC. The role involves analyzing information from multiple sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries, and inquiries with precision and proper formatting.

Applicants must hold a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of data analysis experience. Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Access, Adobe Acrobat, and the MS Office suite is required to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; 5+ years of data analysis experience.
• Five or more years of data analysis experience; 8+ years may substitute for education.
• Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility required.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

Job Overview

The Intermediate Data Analyst performs analysis on relevant information from various sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries, ensuring the accuracy and proper format of the information provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert business process analysis, requirements analysis, business process engineering, communications, and/or training support.
• Analyze data, written/verbal information, and processes to assess risks and formulate recommendations that align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth studies on program development, assessment, and/or strategic planning.
• Translate and communicate complex subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated team player who works well independently and/or in a team environment through collaboration, strong analytic and communication skills, and time management effectiveness.
• Knowledge in researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting existing or newly developed reports (data, dashboards, graphs, charts), guidelines, directives, policies, etc. to obtain accurate and relevant information.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a Top Secret Security Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Eligibility.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of five (5) years of data analysis experience. A minimum of eight (8) years of specialized experience that is in or related to the line of work of the position applied for may be substituted for education.
• Must have five (5) years or more of Data Analytical experience in data management.
• Must have demonstrated experience and a high proficiency using SharePoint, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
