EY’s Government and Infrastructure practice seeks an AI and Data Analyst with Top Secret clearance to join the technology consulting team in McLean, VA. You’ll help clients navigate AI and data, turning complex data into strategic insights across federal, state, local and education sectors.

You’ll design and implement advanced analytics, RAG and AI-enabled solutions, evaluate generative AI, and support mission-driven analytics.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree.
• Must have an active Top Secret clearance.
• 1‑3+ years of related experience.
• Must be comfortable working in‑person in the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities

• Support a federal program by designing, implementing and enhancing advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify and implement practical AI use cases to improve analyst productivity and decision-making.
• Develop and evaluate generative AI, ML, and predictive analytics capabilities aligned with mission needs.
• Assist in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge management and semantic search solutions.
