Job summary

EY is seeking a GenAI Developer Manager to join the Government and Infrastructure, Technology Consulting practice in McLean, VA. You will design and optimize AI-enabled web apps, deliver data science and big data solutions for government clients, and collaborate with AI/ML engineers to ensure scalable, robust outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 6–8+ years of relevant experience, GenAI expertise, a Secret Clearance, and strong skills across Python, cloud platforms, and modern web frameworks.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Must have at least 6-8+ years of overall relavent professional experience
• 2+ years of GenAI experience + understanding of statistical modeling as well as ETL, data ingestion/cleansing and engineering skills
• Machine learning using k-NN, naive bayes, decision trees, SVM experience required
• Experience using data mining and statistical tools
• Solid pattern recognition and predictive modelling skills
• Must have worked with multiple tools/libraries such as Weka, NumPy, PyMongo, R, etc.
• Hands-on experience with various big data technologies in one or more ecosystems (Hadoop, AWS or Microsoft)
• Must be comfortable working in-person as needed
