Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager for the Mortgage division in Troy, MI. You will continue to originate while building a team, with processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support provided by the company to maximize production and coaching efforts.

You will recruit and mentor loan officers, drive branch culture, and manage profitability. A strong referral network and leadership readiness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• About 3 years in retail mortgage originations with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). Holds or can obtain Principal Lending license as required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach or senior LO ready to lead a branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture, performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
