PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Columbus, OH. You will continue origination while building a team, with processing and support provided so you focus on production, recruiting and coaching.

Qualifications

• About 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) or able to obtain a Principal Lending license where required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans while leading the branch.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers; dedicate time to development rather than operations.
• Lead the branch culture and grow the branch P&L with oversight from the team.
