Sunset Finance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a busy consumer finance office. The CSR greets customers, takes applications, investigates credit, and processes payments, helping to refinance loans and manage delinquent accounts.

Under branch management, you will maintain cash drawers, prepare deposits, and ensure accurate reporting. A high school diploma is required; ambition for advancement is encouraged as the company promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and sales ability with excellent spelling.
• Experience in customer service, collections, or finance is a plus.
• Desire to progress into management and take on leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and take loan applications.
• Investigate credit and process loan payments.
• Refinance loans and assist with delinquent accounts.
• Prepare refinance and delinquency mail; answer inquiries.
• Open mail, post payments, and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain daily loan and cash reports with accuracy.
• Telephones past due customers and follow up.
