Sunset Finance is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support loan applications, credit investigations, and payments processing. The role offers a lucrative compensation structure including base pay, monthly bonus and annual bonuses, with clear advancement toward branch management.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and sales skills, strong data entry and computer abilities, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalence required.
• Excellent spelling, computer and data entry skills.
• Strong communication, sales and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to prepare for management and potential branch leadership.
• Previous experience in customer service, collections, or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers, take applications, investigate credit and take payments.
• Refinance loans and assist with delinquent work and advertising mailings.
• Maintain master cash drawer, bank deposits and daily transactions.
• Complete loan documents and close refinance loans.
• Prepare daily cash deposits and balance cash drawers.
• Answer telephone calls and post customer payments.
• Provide loan status information to customers and creditors.
