Sunset Finance in Greenwood, SC seeks a Customer Service Representative to support loan operations and customer interactions. The role involves taking applications, handling payments, and assisting with credit inquiries and delinquencies, with a pathway toward branch leadership.

The position emphasizes accurate paperwork, daily cash handling, and proactive customer service while promoting a culture of growth and advancement within the company.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, collections, or finance industry a plus.
• Strong desire to succeed and potential for promotion to management.
• Excellent spelling and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit loans by telephone and at the counter.
• Answer the telephone, post customer payments, input new and refinance loans into the loan software system, process loan applications and prepare refinance and delinquency mail.
• Open mail and distribute, post counter payments, and provide customer credit experience to inquiring creditors and credit bureaus.
• Complete loan documents and close current refinance loans.
• Prepare daily deposits of cash and checks.
• Maintain and balance cash drawers daily.
• Maintain loan standard report daily.
• Telephone past due customers.
