Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in the United States to deliver trusted pest control protection for homeowners. You’ll conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space, explain findings, and close sales based on value and long-term protection.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with climbing, crawling, and variable weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at every step.
