Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector to help homeowners protect their homes with trusted pest control solutions. You will perform comprehensive inspections, discuss findings, and design customized protection plans while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred!
• Ability to work independently in the field and while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
