Job description

Compensation: $17.50 or Based on Experience

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Title: Painter

Job Summary: Performing interior and exterior painting.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Preps surfaces to be painted, including cleaning, scraping, caulking, applying putty, and sanding.
2. Applies paint to prepared surfaces using brush, roller, or spray.
3. Mud, tape, and finish interior drywall repairs.
4. Cleans up paint area, including picking up used tarps, scraping, removing tape, cleaning brushes, cleaning spills, resealing paint cans, and cleaning paint buckets.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with sprayers, taping, sanding, and staining.
2. Work on ladders and scaffolding is a must.
3. Interior/exterior painting experience.
4. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
5. References available if requested.
