• Use step ladders and extension ladders safely
• Operate power sanders, hand sand, caulk, and fill nail holes
• Apply primer and paint by brush and roller with professional technique
• Work neatly and efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards

• Minimum 1 year of painting experience preferred
• Ability to work well on a team and follow direction
• Willingness to learn and grow in the painting trade
