Renewal by Andersen is seeking high-energy Sales Consultants to visit homeowners for pre-qualified appointments and present window replacement solutions. You’ll close deals using a proven process, backed by a strong brand and a full marketing engine.

Earn $120,000–$225,000+ annually with 100% commission. Training is provided, with evenings and weekends required. Benefits and growth opportunities are included as part of a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
