Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into customers: Present service recommendations and pricing that build trust and drive revenue
• Earn More: Accurately manage repair orders, paperwork, and warranties to support strong commissions
• Upsell Smart: Recommend additional maintenance to increase repair orders and earnings
• Manage Flow: Schedule appointments and create accurate repair orders and estimates
• Support Customers: Coordinate loaners and transportation to protect CSI and repeat business
