Job summary

Audi San Jose, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced shop.

Starting pay is $43.50 per hour with expected annual earnings between $96,000 and $180,000 based on productivity and qualifications. Two-year related experience preferred; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two-year related experience preferred.
• 3+ years of dealership experience is helpful.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
