Audi Eatontown, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specs, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of dealership experience preferred.
• ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction through accurate estimates and timely service.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about vehicle issues and work performed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
