Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work per factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
