Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring licensed barbers to join a thriving salon network in the United States. You’ll cut, color, and consult with clients, using a powerful brand and marketing to fill your chair from day one.

Earn 45–88+ USD per hour with tips, up to 75% commission, and an 8-level career ladder. PTO, education, 401(k), and extensive benefits support your growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetologist license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility for peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.

Responsibilities

• Cut, fade and color hair while delivering consultative service.
• Maintain a clean, efficient station and retail opportunities.
• Build and grow your client book through great service and marketing support.
• Adapt to peak hours and walk-in demand to keep chairs full.
