Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers in the United States. You bring skill in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation; we supply the chair, high-traffic location, and premium tech to help you maximize earnings from day one.

Pay is performance-based: top earners averaging $45 to $88+ per hour plus tips, with up to 75% commission. The company offers an 8-level career ladder, 12 price levels, PTO, education, and flexible scheduling to keep you sharp and motivated.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services to walk-in clients and scheduled guests.
• Deliver high-quality cuts, fades, and color per client requests.
• Consult with clients to determine desired looks and upsell services.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation and tools.
