Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our busy salons. Your chair, your income with up to 75% commission, with walk-in clients and strong marketing.

Earn between $45 and $88+ per hour based on performance, with education and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and rewards; must hold valid state license and be eligible to work in the U.S.; flexible scheduling encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state barber or cosmetologist license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility for peak earning potential.
• Proficient in cuts, fades, color and client consultation.
• Book growth is encouraged and supported from day one.

Responsibilities

• Cut hair and perform barbering services for clients.
• Consult with clients to determine desired style and care.
• Upsell services and retail products to increase earnings.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow safety protocols.
