Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our team. You’ll work in a high-traffic salon where your chair and earnings scale with performance. Expect top earners to make $45–$88+ per hour plus tips, with potential to reach $100K+ annually through commissions and retail sales.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your income as demand for your skills increases. Your pay is based on performance and meets wage laws.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book and can grow it with commissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services to walk-in guests and maintain high service standards.
• Leverage marketing and branding to keep chairs busy and clients returning.
