Perform rig‑up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Top Drives, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, both in the field and at the West Texas shop.
Minimize downtime through preventive maintenance, quick response to issues, and maintaining safe, organized spare parts inventory.
Train rig personnel on proper operation and maintenance procedures, while proposing improvements to maintenance systems.
Uphold strict safety standards, work comfortably at heights up to 140 feet, and maintain professional conduct during field operations.
Leverage strong technical and leadership skills, including hydraulic/electronic aptitude, multitasking, problem‑solving, and independent work ethic, with required oilfield and Top Drive experience.
