DAY IN THE LIFE

• Perform rig‑up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Top Drives, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, both in the field and at the West Texas shop.

• Minimize downtime through preventive maintenance, quick response to issues, and maintaining safe, organized spare parts inventory.

• Train rig personnel on proper operation and maintenance procedures, while proposing improvements to maintenance systems.

• Uphold strict safety standards, work comfortably at heights up to 140 feet, and maintain professional conduct during field operations.

• Leverage strong technical and leadership skills, including hydraulic/electronic aptitude, multitasking, problem‑solving, and independent work ethic, with required oilfield and Top Drive experience.
