Emerald Lawns is hiring for a Maintenance Technician role on the Top-Dressing Crew in Texas. You will service residential and commercial properties, apply lawn treatments with hand and powered equipment, and help diagnose issues while educating homeowners on care practices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and proper PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Service residential and commercial properties safely and efficiently.
• Use hand and powered equipment to apply top-dressing and lawn treatments.
• Perform soil analysis and help control insects, weeds, and diseases.
• Educate homeowners on proper lawn and landscape care.
• Identify lawn issues and recommend customized solutions.
• Upsell additional services to existing and new customers.
