Force One is seeking an in-store merchandising professional to optimize product presentation across assigned stores in the territory. The role emphasizes independent work, quick learning, and strong attention to detail to support major beverage brands.

Ideal candidates will have retail merchandising experience, excellent organization, and reliable transportation. The position offers flexible, part-time schedules with travel reimbursements where eligible and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Previous retail merchandising experience.
• Self-starter and quick learner who works independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet physical requirements: standing/walking 3-8 hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and repetitive hand movements.

Responsabilidades

• Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per required schedule.
• Set shelves, end caps and displays to provided planogram (POG).
• Ensure sections are properly tagged.
• Pack out backstock from the backroom.
• Remove non-planogram items to designated area.
• Complete reporting and upload photos.
• Report stock levels, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats to management.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous retail merchandising experience
• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Accurately complete all required reporting and upload completion photos.
• Report observations regularly to management regarding stock level, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats.
