Job summary

Force One is seeking a detail-oriented merchandising professional to improve the consumer buying experience by executing top-notch in-store merchandising across assigned stores within the territory. The candidate should have strong merchandising experience, be a self-starter, and able to work independently or in a team, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

The role offers flexible, part-time schedules, paid travel reimbursement where eligible, and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Previous retail merchandising experience.
• A self-starter who works independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet physical requirements: standing 3-8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, crouching/bending/twisting/repetitive hand movements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute pack-outs in assigned territory per schedule.
• Set shelves, end caps and displays to the provided planogram (POG).
• Ensure sections are properly tagged.
• Pack out backstock from the backroom.
• Remove non-planogram items and place in designated area.
• Complete reporting and upload photos.
• Report stock levels, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats to management.
