Job summary

Force One is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to improve the consumer buying experience by executing top-notch in-store merchandising across a defined territory in Virginia. You will work independently, set shelves and displays per planograms, and maintain accurate reporting while building strong partner relationships.

The role favors a self-starting, detail-oriented candidate with retail merchandising experience, comfortable in changing environments and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per schedule.
• Set shelves, end caps and displays to the provided planogram.
• Ensure sections are properly tagged and stocked.
• Pack out backstock from the backroom and remove non-planogram items.
• Accurately complete required reporting and upload photos.
• Report stock levels, outages, and competitive threats to management.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous retail merchandising experience
• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per required schedule.
• Set all shelves, end caps and displays, to provided planogram (POG).
• Ensure sections are properly tagged.
• Pack out any backstock from the backroom.
• Remove non-planogram items and place them in designated area.
• Accurately complete all required reporting and upload completion photos.
• Report observations regularly to management regarding stock level, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats.
