Job summary

Force One seeks a capable retail merchandiser to enhance the consumer buying experience by executing top-notch merchandising at assigned stores within the territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, who can work independently or in a team while building solid relationships with business partners.

You will execute pack-outs, set shelves to planograms, tag sections, manage backstock, and complete required reporting while enjoying flexible, part-time schedules

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Physical requirements include standing 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per required schedule.
• Set all shelves, end caps and displays to provided planogram (POG).
• Ensure sections are properly tagged.
• Pack out backstock from the backroom.
• Remove non-planogram items and place them in the designated area.
• Accurately complete all required reporting and upload completion photos.
• Report stock observations and competitive threats to management.
